Mind your Mate is an evidence-based digital mental health program developed collaboratively with adolescents, teachers, psychologists, and experts.
In 2020-2021, a study was conducted to test the effectiveness of the Mind your Mate program across 12 high schools in New South Wales, Australia. The results showed that students who received the Mind Your Mate intervention showed significant reductions in depression symptoms over 12 months, compared to students who received normative health education.
